Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At Aivorize, privacy isn't an afterthought or a legal technicality to hide at the bottom of a page. It is a fundamental design principle. As an independent software company, we don't have a business model that relies on harvesting, analyzing, or selling your personal data. We build tools you pay for, or tools that simply solve a problem without monetizing you in the background.

This policy outlines exactly how we treat the limited data we do collect across our ecosystem, including Aivorize QuickSlip and our future platforms.

1. The Information We Actually Collect

We believe in data minimization. We only collect the information necessary to make our software function securely and reliably. Depending on how you use Aivorize, we may collect:

  • Account Data (Aivorize ID): If you create an Aivorize ID, we store your first and last name, your email address, and your date of birth. Your date of birth is used only to confirm you meet our minimum age requirement of 13 — we don't use it for anything else. Your password is handled entirely by our authentication provider, Supabase; it is stored in securely hashed form and no one at Aivorize, including Kaif, can ever see it in plain text.
  • Session & Sign-In Data: We keep basic account metadata such as when your account was created, your most recent sign-in time, and whether your email address has been verified. This is used to secure your account and show you accurate information on your account page.
  • Connected Products: Your Aivorize ID can be used to sign in to more than one Aivorize product (currently Mekobase). We use your account to recognize you across these connected products. Some products, like Aivorize QuickSlip, currently run on their own separate account system and are not yet linked to your Aivorize ID.
  • Operational Data: Data required to run our services (e.g., queue numbers and timestamps in Aivorize QuickSlip).
  • Communication Data: Emails or messages sent to us via our contact forms, or transactional emails we send you (like sign-up confirmation codes or password reset links).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for operational purposes: to create and secure your Aivorize ID, authenticate you when you sign in, recognize you across connected Aivorize products, deliver the service you requested, send you account-related emails (confirmation codes, password resets, email-change confirmations), provide customer support, and keep our infrastructure secure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. We do not use your data for advertising or targeting.

3. Data Security & Infrastructure

We utilize industry-standard, robust security measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS protocols. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're hashed by our authentication provider. Our database uses row-level security rules so that account data can only be accessed by its rightful owner. Our sign-in forms also use an invisible "honeypot" field to filter out automated bot submissions; this collects no real information from legitimate users. While no digital system can ever be 100% impenetrable, we architect our systems to limit the blast radius of any potential compromise.

4. Trusted Third-Party Services

To run a reliable global infrastructure, we rely on a carefully vetted list of third-party service providers. This currently includes Supabase, which hosts our authentication system and database and stores your account data and password on our behalf; Netlify, which hosts our websites; and Google Analytics, which helps us understand aggregate site usage. These providers are strictly bound by their own privacy and security standards and only have access to the data necessary to perform their technical functions on our behalf.

5. Your Rights & Contact

You own your data. From your account page, you can view your account details, edit your name, update your email address, change your password, and sign out of every device at once. You can also request a copy of your data or request permanent deletion of your account — these requests are currently reviewed and actioned by us directly (rather than fully automated), and we aim to process them promptly. You're welcome to make either request from your account page or by reaching out via our Contact page.
